I'm Jo Bradshaw, a Freelance Admin & Business Support Specialist based in North Wales, with over 35 years of experience working across finance, logistics, healthcare, hospitality and more.
I founded Office Support Services in 2013 after deciding to take control of my own work/life balance and help others do the same. The idea began back in 2010, following my fourth redundancy, a house move to Llangollen and the birth of my son. I knew I wanted to use my skills to support businesses in a flexible way and so Office Support Services was born.
WHAT I DO
I support small businesses, start-ups and charities that need reliable, professional help without the cost and commitment of a full-time employee.
Over the years I've worked with a wide variety of clients from tradesmen, property developers and retailers to dog walkers, dance schools and a heritage railway.
The work is just as varied:
